Three plans — from a solo shop that wants the basics, to a full-service managed deployment, to a custom engagement on your own infrastructure. Below each plan, the rest of this page explains how Arachne works: how your data is kept separate and yours, how you build your own workflows, and why we pair ordinary software with AI instead of using AI for everything.
Your data stays yours. Firm data lives in your firm's own database, on your firm's own infrastructure, in your firm's own Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint. Macrify accesses it only as needed to manage the system. Nobody has to log into anything new.
Phone, inbox, dashboard — whatever fits each person stays the interface. Nobody learns anything they didn't ask for.

For firms with predictable, low-volume usage who want the essentials without the overhead.
Built for firms with steady, predictable volume who don't need advanced backup options or dedicated support. Your data is still kept completely separate from every other firm's.

Our usual recommendation for firms that bill hourly or by the matter.
Talk to usFor firms that want more control over their system — infrastructure, integrations, or the whole stack.
For firms that want more say in how the system runs — whether that's running it yourselves, keeping it in a specific region, or connecting it closely to software we don't support out of the box.
Contact usAttorney-client privilege isn't a marketing bullet — it's a duty. Arachne is built to take that duty seriously: your data is kept apart from every other firm's, and every action leaves a record.
Each firm's system runs in its own separate cloud account. There are no shared databases and no shared storage, so another firm can't see your data.
You choose three sets of folders: what Arachne may read, what it learns your firm's style from, and where it may save its work. Unless you say otherwise, Arachne can only look — it never changes your own files.
Your data is encrypted when it's stored and whenever it travels between systems. Internal connections use short-lived passes, so a leaked login can't do much damage.
Every action Arachne takes — every email drafted, every document generated, every workflow run — is logged, and most actions can be undone. Approve, reject, or undo from your phone.
Your documents, emails and client data are never used to train AI models. Each AI request is handled for your firm only and logged. Your data exists to serve your firm and nothing else.
Most "AI for lawyers" products feed everything through a giant language model and charge you for the privilege. That's slow, expensive, and wrong more often than it should be.
Arachne is built to use ordinary, predictable software for tasks that computers do better than AI — and reserve AI reasoning for tasks where flexibility and nuance genuinely matter. The result is a system that's faster, cheaper, and substantially more accurate on the work that doesn't need AI.
First, exact name rules. Next, a close-match search within your firm's own records. AI makes the call only when neither can decide.
Date counting is done by ordinary software, not guessed by AI. The AI spots which rule applies; the computer does the math — precisely, the same way every time, with a record you can check.
A real search across every party your firm has ever had, not an AI trying to remember. Near-matches (spelling variants, maiden names) are flagged for a person to review.
This is where AI shines, so this is where we use it. Your voice, your standards — learned from your own correspondence.
We aren't tied to one AI company. Each task goes to whichever AI does it best at a sensible cost, and we switch when a better one comes along.
Every firm runs differently. Arachne ships with a library of prebuilt workflows, but the real value is that you can build, copy, and adjust your own — pointed at the services you already use. No consulting engagement required.
On a schedule, when a matching email arrives, when a calendar event comes up, when you press a button, or when another program you use sends a signal. A workflow can start itself — or wait for you.
Gmail and Microsoft 365 for email. Google Calendar and Outlook. Google Drive and Dropbox for documents. Clio for case management. Stripe for billing. Telegram and WhatsApp for messaging. Each is connected with your own sign-in, and can only reach what you approve.
Describe the workflow you want in plain language — Arachne drafts it, shows you the steps, and you adjust from there. Or copy one of our ready-made workflows and edit it. No code needed.
Fill in details each time it runs, and pull in matter details, client profiles or your firm's writing style. Link workflows together. Share them with your team, and choose who has to approve them.
Each one is connected with your firm's own sign-in and limited to what you approve. Workflows can read from and write to any of them.
Arachne isn't a chatbot that waits to be asked. It's an always-on worker that watches your inbox, your calendar and your deadlines — and hands each piece of work to the right specialist.
Arachne works on a schedule and whenever something happens. It runs regular check-ups on its own, such as upcoming deadlines, overdue follow-ups and trust account balancing. New email, calendar changes and your messages start it too.
Instead of one AI trying to do everything, Arachne hands each job to a specialist: one for letters and email, one for case law research, one for deadline math. Each is built for its job.
Every piece of work lands in your queue for you to review. You approve from the dashboard, from Telegram, from WhatsApp, or from your phone. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
Need a firm website too? Macrify Sites builds your firm's site in days, then you change it by sending a message. Inquiries from your site go straight to Arachne. It's invite-only for now, so get in touch and we'll set you up.
